Dr. Stangeland received his doctorate from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry with honors in 1970. He established his practice in Belmont, Calif. in 1971. In 1980, he moved his practice to Redwood Shores.
Dr. Stangeland has completed extensive post-graduate training in all phases of dentistry, with special emphasis in cosmetic, reconstructive, prosthetic and tempro-mandibular joint study.
Dr. Stangeland is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, as well as a member of long standing in the San Mateo County Dental Society. He is married and has two children, and he pursues many activities in his spare time like skiing, water skiing, wind surfing and mountain bike riding.
Dr. Stangeland is a Top Dentist, especially skilled in reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry.
